A lot of people have no patience for positive thinking. No judgements here..if you’re strongly against, that’s an opinion. For those of us though who try to practice it, we notice a greater sense of well-being; more mindfulness, calm and hopefulness. Btw, by “practice” I mean we try daily, even if we don’t always succeed.
